A lasting story.
I'm Daniel, the photographer behind Wilcox Sports Media. Years ago, I ran my own photography business. After time away, I've returned to the camera with a new focus: sports.
As a parent with kids in sports, I know what it means to have photos of them doing what they love. I've also noticed that some sports and athletes rarely have a photographer on the sidelines. Their moments matter just as much. That idea stayed with me for years and helped inspire WSM.
A scoreboard tells you the result, but it can't show the determination, the celebrations, or the emotion on the sidelines. I want to capture the action and the story around it: the athletes, the effort, and the little moments players and families might otherwise miss.
Because some of the most meaningful parts of sports never appear on a scoreboard.
